On feeling like an outsider:

“I think who you are in school really sticks with you. I don’t ever feel like the cool kid at the party, ever. It’s like, Smile and be nice to everybody, because you were not invited to be here.”

On her future:

“I fret about the future. What my next move should be. What the move after that should be. How I am going to sustain this. How do I evolve. I get so ahead of myself. I’m like, ‘What am I going to be doing at 30?’ But there’s no way to know that! So it’s this endless mind-boggling equation that you’ll never figure out. Marques Houston Gets Restraining Order Against Raz B!!!!

And the drama continues!

Radaronline reports:

R&B singer Marques Houston was granted a restraining order on Wednesday against DeMario Thornton, aka Raz-B, citing he “falsely accused me of molesting him.”

“About three weeks ago, DeMario Thornton, aka Raz B, released a video recording via the internet of a conversation that we had…DeMario is screaming at me…he has a deranged demeanor and is not acting like a reasonable person,” Houston wrote in the paperwork.

“After I hung up on DeMario, he continued recording himself and falsely accused me of molesting him.”

The restraining order was signed off by a judge at a Van Nuys, California courthouse with a hearing set for November 22.

Houston claims the video was posted on YouTube and was subsequently picked up by various other websites, causing him “emotional distress” and worries that “he would become physically violent towards me and others.”

Thornton was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Houston, his home, job and vehicle.
