A Chicago mother is taking legal action against McDonald’s with a lawsuit claiming her 3 year old son ate a used condom he found in the play area of a McDonald’s restaurant on the southwest side.

Anishi Spencer filed the suit Wednesday in Cook County Circuit Court on behalf of herself and her young sons, Jacquel and Jonathan Hines. Jonathan, then 3, and Jacquel, 2, were at the restaurant at 5733 S. Kezie Ave. on Feb. 4, 2012, when they allegedly found the used condom on the play area floor, Spencer claims in the suit.

Wednesday night was the premiere of the so controversial new VH1 series, “Hollywood Exes.”

“Single Ladies” star LisaRaye checked out the first episode of “Hollywood Exes” and wasn’t impressed. She took to Twitter to speak her mind: “For real??…Another show with fighting, scrapping, throwing….WTF man. Say it aint so HOLLYWOOD exes.”

Kanye West is an emotional man if you hadn’t noticed by now. And on Wednesday night, as we reported, the rapper performed a song dedicated to his ex-lady, Amber Rose, during the Watch the Throne tour in Philadelphia.

“To the city of Philly, I want to thank y’all for making the incredible person that this song was made for … ” Yeezy told the audience of Ms. Rose before launching into a live performance of ‘Runaway.’
No one is quite sure what his intention was, but Rose caught word of the dedication, responding with a bit of understanding and a tinge of sympathy.

“I’ll say this — I didn’t even know about it. This is my 50th interview today and every single person has asked me, and it made me go see what the hell they were talking about, because I don’t keep up on the current events of Kanye. I just don’t look him up,” she said in an interview with Complex magazine.

She continued, “A lot (of it) is just negativity and I don’t like to bring that energy into my life,” she went on to say. “But I did look at it and he said that, ‘When I said that I didn’t like your dress, I was an a–hole. When I said that I didn’t like your hair, I was an a–hole.’”
