23 Arrests Made At Chicago Mental Health Center!

23 arrested, 12 were expected to be charged and 11 were released without charges, Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro said.

The outpatient clinic is one of six Mayor Rahm Emanuel has proposed closing, along with clinics in the Palmer Square, Rogers Park, Auburn Gresham, Back of the Yards and Morgan Park neighborhoods.

Former President Bill Clinton will be the opening speaker when Nobel Peace laureates gather in Chicago next month.

It was announced today that Clinton will speak at the opening dinner April 23 at Chicago’s Field Museum. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn are among co-chairs of the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates. The summit is from April 23 to 25.
