Kelly Osbourne Rocks Glamour Magazine + Dishes On Diamond Manicure!

Kelly-Osbourne

On her diamond manicure controversy:
“They picked a few people to wear it for publicity; it was an honor. It’s a lot of money, but you’re telling me you’d say no? Hello! You can shut up.”

On her mom’s (Sharon Osbourne) thoughts regarding her purple hair:
“She wishes I would go back to blond. She’ll call me, really serious, and say, ‘I think it’s time for a change.’ I’m like, ‘Mom, you have hair the color of a fire engine.'”

On if she’d try her mother’s hair color:
“I would look like her mini-me. I tried red once, and I looked like a carrot. I also wouldn’t go too brown, because then I would look like my father. But I’ve tried green, blue, purple, black. The lavender I really like.”

On using her hair color to express herself:
“When I was 13, I had hair the color of gold down to my butt. I had an argument with my mom and yelled, ‘F**k you!’ and chopped off half my hair. My dad could not look at me without pissing himself laughing.”

Nikki Reed Covers Zooey Magazine + Talks Husband & Holidays!

nikki reed

On her childhood:
“Well, it’s all I knew. I had very encouraging parents that let my older brother and I explore who we were. It was never about, “No you can’t do that” or “You’re too this and not enough that.” When I was 11, my friend Brenda was over spending the night and we painted my entire room purple. My Mom came in the next morning and said, “Looks cool.” She was very easy going in letting us do our thing. My Dad was great too…when I was 6 he took me on a donkey ride through the Grand Canyon.”

On her hubby, Paul McDonald:
“He’s the kind of person I didn’t have to sell to anyone. You know when you’re dating a guy that kind of sucks and you have to be like, ‘He’s got a great job, he was such a precocious kid or you should really see the artwork in his house.’ You’re always trying to come up with these weird things to make him seem better than he is. With Paul, I just said, ‘You’re going to love him.’ That’s all I have to say because it’s true. I love being married to him because the person you’re married to represents you and he’s so well loved. I also think we have this awesome way of balancing each other out. He would be fine living in a pop-up tent and eating ramen every day and I tend to be very ambitious. Once I met him I thought, ‘How about we live in a pop-up tent and eat ramen on the weekends and then we could be productive during the week?'”

Wiz Khalifa Covers Complex Magazine November 2012 Issue + Interview!

wiz-khalifa-complex

On pushing O.N.I.F.C. back:

“Atlantic likes O.N.I.F.C.,” says Wiz. “But they want more obvious singles because that’s what sells it for them. My belief in the record is what sells it to me. It’s not a conflict. You just have to communicate so everybody understands it.”

On walking the fine line between being an artist and making Atlantic happy:

“When you’re working with other people, you figure out how much you do for them and how much you do for yourself. You can’t just be an artist fighting for your opinion and that’s it. The label has to understand artists. I wanted to make Rolling Papers when I made Rolling Papers, now it’s time for O.N.I.F.C. Now we’re going to do it exactly how I want to do it to see how that works. It can’t be one-sided.”

On his father’s best advice:

“My dad made me write down goals every couple of months. “He’d say, ‘What are your goals for the next couple months?’ I’d tell him, ‘To get this, to do this, and have enough money to buy this.’”
