We’re hearing that Whitney Houston’s mother, Cissy, is down with the idea of a reality show with Bobbi Kristina, Pat & Gary Houston and herself.
One reason is she thinks it would be a great launching pad for Bobbi K’s singing career.
As previously reported, the family just inked a TV deal with Lifetime to star in a reality show that will follow Whitney’s relatives in the wake of the singer’s untimely death.
Houston family sources tell TMZ … Cissy Houston knows BK shares Whitney’s passion for music … and she believes a reality show could be the perfect place to showcase Bobbi’s talent.
We’re told … Cissy also believes a reality show will “help with the healing process” by “keeping the family as one.”
Chicago Summerfest attracts over 25,000 attendees to Lincoln Park each year with live music, great food and drink, and a fantastic family area with activities for kids of all ages.

After years of buzz about the prospect of Outkast rapper Andre 3000 playing Jimmy Hendrix in a biopic, the film is finally about to begin shooting this month in Ireland.
According to the Irish Film & Television Network (IFTN), the film, titled “All Is By My Side,” will document the guitar legend’s period in England from 1966 to 1967 as he created his iconic debut album.
The feature, written and directed by John Ridley, is currently in pre-production in Wicklow, with principal photography set to begin in three weeks in both Wicklow and Dublin.
