Oprah Meets Half Sister Patricia For The First Time!!!!
Oprah Winfrey revealed on her talk show Monday that she has a half-sister named Patricia that she never knew existed, calling it a “bombshell family secret that left me speechless.” Holding back tears, Winfrey acknowledged that “I thought nothing could surprise me anymore, but let me tell you, I was wrong.”
Patricia, whose last name was not given, is nearly 10 years younger than Winfrey, who learned of the news just before Thanksgiving, saying it “literally shook me to my core.”
An emotional Winfrey explained that she broke the news on her talk show because “there is no way, with how the media works today, that a story like this wouldn’t get out in the press and wouldn’t be exploited. I didn’t want that to happen, because it’s true. If it wasn’t true, I wouldn’t care what the media says. But it is true. And I wanted you to hear it from me first.”
Oprah spent much of the Monday program detailing how her half-sister realized she was related to Winfrey and the long process of how they finally made contact and the reaction of her mother and sister when they met in Milwaukee, which was recorded on home video. Oprah thanked her sister for not going to the media with this news.

Nicki Minaj Kicked Out Of London Hotel!!!!
Nicki Minaj was almost kicked out of a top London hotel today (Jan. 20) after bosses became annoyed by the huge numbers of fans crowding the entrance to catch a glimpse of the star.
Currently on the London leg of her European promo tour, Minaj checked into The Dorchester earlier this week for the duration of her stay in the U.K. capital. But hotel execs allegedly threatened to kick Minaj out of her suite after she causes chaos by stepping out to meet her fans and sign autographs.

Statement Per Steve Harvey’s Lawyer:
“We are appalled and aware of the videos and other fabricated documents … which contained false, misleading, derogatory, disparaging, malicious, explicit and slanderous information about Mr. Harvey, his current wife and others.
The ex-wife is fully aware of the court’s current orders and permanent injunctions which prohibit either party, their lawyers or representatives from discussing and releasing information on the Internet and to the media. We are taking the necessary legal steps to rectify this matter to the full extent of the law and we will be seeking contempt and sanctions against her for such reprehensible and callous disregard for the court orders. We are saddened that the ex-wife has resorted to such devious and selfish behavior, with a reckless disregard for their minor son, her adult son and Mr. Harvey’s other children.”
Gary Home Shotout Leaves 3 Dead & 2 Wounded!!!!
Three men were killed and two others wounded overnight in a house on the south side of Gary in what police believe was a drug-related shooting.
According to police, a man called 911 at 10:40 p.m. from another home nearby, saying he had been shot in the home at 3829 Washington Street.
When police arrived, they found three adult males dead, all apparently from gunshot wounds.
They also found a 4-year-old girl, uninjured and now in protective custody. Police said her father was one of those killed.
About 15 minutes after police arrived at the Washington Street address, they received a report from the Northlake campus of Methodist Hospitals in Gary that a man had come in to be treated for a gunshot wound. He told officials he also was a victim of the shooting.
The two wounded men were reported in stable condition at the Northlake hospital campus.
Police said that a quantity of hashish and narcotics were found in the home, as well as cash.
No suspects were in custody.

Demetris Johnson Of Dunbar High School Charged With 1st Degree Murder!!!!
A Dunbar High School junior was charged as an adult with first-degree murder in a 2010 drug-related shooting less than a mile from the South Side school, prosecutors said today.
Bond was set at $750,000 for Demetris Johnson, 16, when he appeared before Criminal Court Judge Israel Desierto in the slaying of Zohntill Lemon, 23.
Johnson, of the 3500 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue, was locked up at the Cook County Juvenile Detention Center on Monday after being charged as a juvenile with aggravated battery to a school official at Dunbar, according to court records.
Homicide detectives were notified he was in custody and arrested the boy on the murder charge at the facility at 1100 S. Hamilton Ave. before his release Tuesday, records show.
Johnson was accused of gunning down Lemon at about 1:30 p.m. last Nov. 4, when Lemon drove with two friends to a parking lot at 35th Street and Lake Park Avenue to “inspect some marijuana they were thinking about buying,” Assistant State’s Atty. Daniel Piwowarczyk said.

Royal Caribbeans Cruise Ship Becomes Illegal Drug Transport!!!!
The city of Baltimore is known for The Wire, but now it seems that the drug problem of the city has spilled over to the cruise ships that just started docking there last year.
So far, the drug arrests seem to be unrelated, but are under investigation. One of the people in the arrest appear to work on board the ship.
According to CBS, Royal Caribbean’s Enchantment of the Seas has been the destination for drug smugglers on two different occasions within a month.
