Jamie Fozz Beat Up A Bartender – Blame It On The Alcohol!!!!

Singer/actor/comedian Jamie Foxx was recently involved with a lawsuit filed by a bartender who claimed he and some other caused injuries while he was working at a party.

William Presler was hired to work an after-party in Hollywood for Foxx and during the event supposedly the bartender slipped and fell, cut his left hand while serving partygoers. He received 170 stitches.

Last Monday (07-19-10), Foxx’s lawyers argued that suit be dropped, saying the artists’ actions were carefully scripted and limited to a brief exchange of greetings and a welcome statement to guests.

Dr. Dre In Hot Water Over Studio Time – $1,220,500 Worth Of Trouble !!!!

Dr. Dre and his company Aftermath Entertainment has been sued by a California recording studio for failure to pay a bill.

Paramount Recording Studios is claiming that the rapper/producer skipped out on paying for sessions between April 2009 and June 2010, according to Allhiphop.com. Dre – whose real name is Andre Young – is facing charges of up to $1,220,500.

Dr. Dre had agreed to settle the bill with Paramount Recording Studios by July 13th, but failed to do so, resulting in the lawsuit filed July 23rd in Los Angeles Superior Court.
