50 Cent Sued By Rick Ross Baby Mama Over Sextape!

Looks like that Coca-Cola money is gonna come in handy for 50 Cent.
According to a lawsuit filed in New York Court Rick Ross baby mama
Lastonia Leviston says she did not give Fifty permission to distribute t
he video it was private property.
Sphere: Related ContentLastonia Leviston filed papers Wednesday in Manhattan Supreme Court claiming she and a companion “videotaped themselves engaging in sexually explicit activities” in June 2008.
Leviston claims she asked Maurice Murray to destroy the tape and that he agreed, but he allegedly turned around and “transferred or sold” it to the performer, whose real name is Curtis Jackson.
The suit alleges that the rapper then edited himself – wearing a curly wigWig reviews
and fluffy robe – into the X-rated video.
He added narration and posted it on his Web site, the papers say.
Murray’s face was blurred out, but Leviston’s was not, she complained.
The video ended up on YouTubeYouTube
and other video-sharing sites and has been viewed millions of times, she said.
In addition, Leviston charged that 50 Cent spoke about the video on a radio show and referred to her as a “call girl” in it.
She is seeking damages for emotional distress and unauthorized use of her image.
