North Lawndale man shot dead outside home
A 36-year-old North Lawndale man was fatally shot late this afternoon inside a vehicle outside of his home, ChicagoChicago reviews
police said.
Killed was Teion Brown, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Brown was sitting inside of a vehicle in the 4300 block of West Ogden Avenue at about 5:30 p.m., when a gunman approached and shot Brown in the head, police said.
Brown, also of the 4300 block of West Ogden Avenue, was pronounced dead at 7:10 p.m., a medical examiner’s spokesman said. An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.
Authorities didn’t immediately have a description of the gunman and hadn’t made an arrest, said Officer John Mirabelli, spokesman for Police News Affairs.
