City Hall docket: Budget hearing, vote on impounding cars
If you want to sound off on Mayor Richard Daley’s proposed budget for next year, today’s your chance.

City Council meets at 10 a.m. and a portion of the meeting is set aside for public comment on the mayor’s budget. You can read about the mayor’s budget by clicking here.
The council also is expected to consider measures that would confirm Joe Ferguson as the city’s new inspector general, impound the cars of drivers caught driving with suspended or revoked licenses and approve a deal with Bensenville on O’Hare International Airport expansion.
